Teskarn is committed to providing quality educational webinar services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for webinar registrations, subscriptions, and related services purchased through our platform.
Webinar Registration Refunds
Standard Refund Eligibility
Refunds for individual webinar registrations may be requested under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellation requests submitted between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 3 days before the scheduled webinar start time are not eligible for refunds
- No refunds will be issued after a webinar has commenced
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing a live webinar, you may be eligible for a full refund if:
- The issue was caused by a failure of our platform or systems
- You reported the issue to our support team during the scheduled webinar time
- You attempted reasonable troubleshooting steps as directed by our support team
- The issue could not be resolved, preventing your participation
Webinar Cancellation by Teskarn
If we cancel a scheduled webinar for any reason, all registered participants will automatically receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation notice.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a monthly subscription.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are handled as follows:
- Requests submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund
- After 14 days, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription period, minus a 15% administrative fee
- No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 6 months
Recorded Content and Digital Materials
Access to recorded webinars, downloadable materials, and other digital content is non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded. This includes:
- On-demand webinar recordings
- Course materials and workbooks
- Certificates of completion
- Digital resource libraries

How to Request a Refund

- Order or transaction reference number
- Name and date of the webinar or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Timeline
Once your refund request has been received and approved:
- We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Processing fees or transaction charges
- Services that have been fully delivered or completed
- Promotional or discounted registrations marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Custom or personalized educational content created specifically for you
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend a webinar due to a medical emergency or other serious situation, please contact us directly. We will review your case individually and may offer alternative solutions such as:
- Transfer to a future session of the same webinar
- Credit toward another webinar or service
- Partial or full refund at our discretion
Group Registrations
Refunds for group registrations are subject to the same timelines as individual registrations. Partial refunds for individual participants within a group booking may be available at our discretion, subject to a minimum group size requirement.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your financial institution or payment provider before contacting us to resolve the issue:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute
- Access to services and materials may be revoked
- We reserve the right to refuse future service if disputes are filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us

Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. If your financial institution converts the refund to your local currency, any exchange rate differences or conversion fees are beyond our control and are not our responsibility.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
